Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team in Portland VIC. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in delivering authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients;
- Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
- Must be able to see clients face-to-face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- General Psychologist Registered AHPRA; or
- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
- Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
- You have permanent residency in Australia;
- You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
- You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;
- Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
