Legal Onboarding Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in AI technology, transforming the way legal teams manage contracts. As a Legal Onboarding Specialist, you will be supporting clients from day one, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of cutting-edge legal technology.

You will work closely with customer success teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes and set customers up for long-term success. The client base is truly global, ranging from international law firms to in-house teams across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage onboarding projects for new clients.
  • Work alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless integration of the platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Support customers in embedding the technology into their day-to-day legal processes.
  • Translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
About You
  • Strong understanding of contract law and experience working with commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong academic background – a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) is required, with a first-class result preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting (such as paralegal or legal support) will be highly regarded.
