  • Haemodialysis nursing experience: A minimum of 12 months experience in haemodialysis nursing is required.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Emotional intelligence: The ability to empathize with patients and their families, and to manage challenging situations effectively.
