About the Role
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Morayfield Grove Care Community. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve excellent care outcomes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Provide education and training to staff on best practice care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice care delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Degree in Nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in a similar role or sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
