Beauty Retail Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Beauty Retail Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing the store's operations, including stock control, visual merchandising and sales forecasting.

The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team. They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
  • Manage the store's operations, including stock control, visual merchandising and sales forecasting
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives
