About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Care Analyst to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Client Care division, you will play a critical role in supporting our top clients and developing a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze client intelligence, market activity, and financial information to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CRM database (Salesforce) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze revenue, maintain revenue data in Excel, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage sponsorships and subscriptions, and assist with the coordination of client events.
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual with experience in a related industry position. You should have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.

You will be a motivated, proactive, and intelligent individual who can make an impact and add true value to our diverse and growing Pacific business. You will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail, agility, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
