Category 5 Labour Management is a proudly Australian-owned enterprise, recognized as a leading provider of comprehensive labour management solutions, dedicated to supporting local communities and their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute loading and unloading tasks for liquid waste across various waste streams, including septic and industrial wastewater.
  • Uphold a professional representation of the company while delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with training, operational guidelines, and company policies.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on vehicles and equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment utilized are safe and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) license required.
  • Current dangerous goods license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the transportation of hazardous materials is advantageous.
  • Vacuum loading experience is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry is preferred.
