Logistics Graduate Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our operations team. The Operations Graduate Program is a 2.5-year training program designed to provide hands-on experience in all operational processes, systems, and industry certifications.
This program involves rotating through different departments, including perishable airfreight export, general airfreight export, warehouse operations, perishable sea freight export, perishable and general airfreight and sea freight import, and eCommerce. Each rotation will give you the chance to explore the full operational working of that department, including customer interaction, carrier interaction, warehouse interaction, documentation preparation, and coordination with transport providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Carrier Interaction: You will interact with carriers to arrange transportation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Warehouse Interaction: You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to receive, store, and dispatch goods.
- Documentation Preparation: You will prepare accurate and timely documentation for customs clearance and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with Transport Providers: You will coordinate with transport providers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
