We are seeking a dedicated Paint Prepper and Detailer to join our team in Werribee, Australia.

Job Summary
  • This is a Monday to Friday role with a 7.00 am start and finish at 3.30 pm.
  • You will work in a fun and collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.
  • This opportunity is perfect for an Automotive professional who values their customer, brand, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:Paint Prepper:
  • Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles as per job sheet.
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
  • Maintain your work bay and assist with cleanliness throughout the workshop.
  • Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE.
Detailer:
  • Quality check vehicles upon receipt, ensuring completeness of previous work.
  • Buff / De nib paint to achieve required finish.
  • Polish the vehicle in accordance with procedures and processes.
  • Wash the car and ensure inside is clear of any waste or dirt related to the repair.
  • Maintain Clean Workspace Policy.
  • Carry out tasks in line with the Company's Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Policies, Procedures, and Programs.
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Treat customer's vehicles and belongings with respect at all times.
  • Respect all company property and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Prepper or Painting role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Have full Australian work rights.
  • Have a current driver's license (not essential).
