As a Grounds and Maintenance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. Your attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Grounds and Maintenance Officer. You will be responsible for attending to repairs and maintenance issues, maintaining the appearance of the site, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and machinery in good working condition
  • Regularly inspect and address general repairs to accommodation and amenities, including fixing toilets and unhinged doors
  • Ensure the sites are well-maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
  • Perform gardening duties such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure the proper use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment
  • Strip beds, remove linen, and clean exterior villa windows, decking, pathways, and other areas as required
  • Other tasks include emptying rubbish bins and restoring gardens to their original state

About You:

  • Previous experience working in a handyman or maintenance position
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
