About the Role

This permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in recruitment. As a Recruitment Officer with ATSICHS Brisbane, you will work closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.

You will be an effective communicator, organised, and efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Your passion for building relationships and connecting with others will enable you to excel in this role.

Duties:

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process.
  • Identify opportunities for candidate sourcing and apply employer branding.
  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
  • Conduct telephone screening, interviews, reference checks.
  • Lead onboarding activities.

  • A permanent full-time position with annual salary starting at $66,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • 11.5% Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging, increasing your take-home pay.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A willingness to undertake Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
  • A valid Working with Children's Card or eligibility to apply.
  • A National Police Check.
  • A driver's licence.
