We're seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer Lead to join our development team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide. This full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, including equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, aligning with business goals.
  • Drive best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade software.
  • Proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, C++, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
