Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of child-centred education and care, reflecting the unique needs, culture, strengths, and interests of every child in our practices.
- Uphold child-safe practices, guiding the team in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children are at the heart of everything we do.
- Drive continuous quality improvement, striving for Exceeding NQS outcomes and maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Build community relationships with families, children, and community partners, developing strong and trusting connections.
You're a natural leader who's passionate about early childhood education. You value relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love bringing out the best in others.
- A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- A deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, CSS and NQS, with a commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Proven experience implementing child safety standards and ensuring compliance
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check
