This position requires an individual with a strong background in software design, development, and maintenance, as well as expertise in business rules architecture and system analysis.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled architect who can lead the technical design and implementation of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing tax or audit systems, as well as expertise in process management using WebSphere Process Server and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding technical design sessions, coordinating with development teams, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Additionally, they will work closely with our team to develop technical design documents, program specifications, and code, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 7 years of experience in software design, development, and maintenance
  • Expertise in business rules architecture and system analysis
  • Experience in process management using WebSphere Process Server and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
  • Strong programming skills in Java and SQL
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
