About The PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our corruption investigations unit.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership to the corruption investigations team and foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Oversee the investigation of serious and systemic corruption, including workplace and discipline investigations.
- Manage key relationships with public sector agencies and oversight bodies.
- Anticipate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in corruption investigations.
- Deliver a range of investigative outcomes, including charging alleged offenders and preparing reports for public sector agencies.
- Leads Strategically – Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system.
- Leads Change In Complex Environments – Embraces change and leads with focus and optimism in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.
