We are seeking a dynamic and committed Deputy Principal to join our senior leadership team at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools. This vital role requires close collaboration with the Principal to provide strong leadership and support to our school community.

• Leadership and Strategic Planning: Lead the Learning and Teaching areas, driving academic excellence and innovation.
• Pedagogy Coaching: Provide expert guidance and support to teachers, promoting best practices in teaching and learning.
• Team Management: Manage the Specialist Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Strategic Enactment: Play a crucial role in enacting the school's vision and mission, ensuring alignment with Catholic education values.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Deputy Principal or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate study in Education or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Ongoing full-time employment as Deputy Principal, with a 3-year contract.
