About This Role
  • Provide high-quality care that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Community nursing experience would be an advantage
  • Subacute and disability experience.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
  • Diabetes management skills
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
