As a Conveyor Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing Belt Splicing Teams to safely deliver at their optimal performance.
Key Accountabilities- Foster a positive and productive working relationship and culture between team members and with other departments;
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) standards, hazard identification, and management are applied by departmental personnel;
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the performance of people, processes, and systems;
- Improve fleet performance through quality maintenance practices;
- Have sound business acumen;
- Build cross-functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance;
- Have an understanding of SAP;
- Coach, review, and develop non-trades and trades personnel to ensure their skills are optimized to their full potential;
- A trade qualification is highly desirable.
You will have a desire to shape culture, lead a team, and improve business processes. Your background in a similar type of position or environment will see you well-placed with the required capability to step into this opportunity. Your ability to communicate is of the utmost importance, as well as your relationship skills.
