Lead Coding Instructor

Our organization is seeking a skilled Lead Coding Instructor to develop and deliver engaging coding lessons for children aged 5-12. This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and creativity.

  • Deliver structured lesson plans to small classes of primary-aged children, helping them create their own games, animations, designs, or digital projects.
  • Camps typically run for 2-3 consecutive weekdays, 8am - 4pm.
  • Participants will receive paid training and support from a qualified teacher on-site and our online tech team.
  • Ongoing casual work opportunities are available in our After School Programs and future holiday camps.

Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge in coding, game building, animation, video editing, design, AI, music production, or STEM is essential.
  • Prior experience working with young kids (aged 5-12) is highly desirable.
  • A mature outlook, common sense, and the ability to be proactive are required.
  • Fluent conversational English is necessary.
  • A valid Employee Working With Children Check is mandatory.
