Job Description

The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub located at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf precinct. The first phase is now open with more venues and experiences on the way.

This entertainment complex offers a variety of dining options bars and unique entertainment facilities including a five-star luxury hotel and a state-of-the-art event centre.

Expressions of interest are invited for part-time gaming hosts looking to be part of the inaugural team.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests at the entrance to the private gaming area ensuring a welcoming experience for all patrons.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
  • Signing up new members to the loyalty program.
  • Assist the marketing department in various activities such as promotions tournaments gift days events functions and rewards programs.
Requirements:
  • Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Previous experience in guest service-related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
