Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and enhancing superannuation software solutions within a leading platform, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the superannuation industry, including familiarity with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and financial products. They will also have experience working with this platform, particularly in superannuation software development and customisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Enhance Superannuation Solutions: Develop and enhance superannuation software solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
  • Customisation and Integration: Customise and integrate superannuation solutions to align with specific client requirements and to optimise their superannuation operations.
  • System Analysis and Improvement: Regularly analyse system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in superannuation software, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards.
  • Collaborative Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects, from initial concept to deployment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of software development processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Superannuation Expertise: Strong experience in working with the superannuation industry, particularly in superannuation software development and customisation.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, with a focus on developing and enhancing superannuation software solutions.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse superannuation processes and requirements, and creatively solve complex problems within the framework.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including superannuation experts and other software developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding, with strong diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience training, mentoring & developing others in improving their technical skills
