Within a dynamic team environment, this Commercial Landscape Team Leader role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead by example.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive landscape management strategies across the Brisbane region
  • Maintaining lawns, hedges, trees, and weeds to the highest standards
  • Planting and mulching using sustainable practices
  • Performing basic irrigation maintenance, testing, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
  • Applying herbicides and pesticides in accordance with industry regulations
  • Operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry
  • Possession of a White Card (mandatory)
  • Certification in Horticulture (desirable but not essential)
  • A well-presented individual with a manual driving license and ACDC license (desired but willing to upskill is acceptable)
