Job Title: Rubber Wetpour Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced rubber wetpour installation specialist to join our team. This role involves installing rubber wetpour surfaces using screeds, rollers, and trowels. You will also be responsible for mixing wet pour rubber, preparing bases using machinery and quarry materials when required, and demolishing existing rubber and synthetic grass when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixing wet pour rubber according to specifications
  • Installing rubber wetpour surfaces using correct techniques and tools
  • Preparing bases using machinery and quarry materials as required
  • Demolishing existing rubber and synthetic grass when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • A valid White Card (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks all day
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety procedures
