Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Investigator to join our team at Aviva. As a Fraud Claims Investigator, you will play a critical role in reviewing and investigating potentially fraudulent claims, ensuring that our customers receive fair and timely settlements.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and investigating claims to identify potential fraud
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather evidence and build cases
  • Communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Managing a caseload of active investigations and meeting productivity targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in commercial insurance claims or fraud investigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of UK legislation, including The Fraud Act 2006
