Customer Service Ambassador

The Sussex Hotel is a brand-new venue offering an unparalleled entertainment experience for our customers.

We are seeking an exceptional all-rounder to join our front-of-house team on a casual basis for 20+ hours a week, covering shifts across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Deliver superior customer service and contribute to a dynamic team environment;
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with gaming legislation;
  • Work autonomously with ease and demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and initiative;
  • Utilize quick learning skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized work environment under pressure;
  • Utilize strong cash-handling skills and familiarity with gaming operations, preferably with Keno, TAB, GFR Pro experience.

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (essential);
  • Basic Gaming Certificate and prior gaming experience (preferred);
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Able to work autonomously with ease; Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic; Trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude; Bartending experience preferable.
