Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of equipment
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
  • Operate a range of vehicles, including large and specialist equipment
  • Proactively engage with scheduling to complete duties effectively and efficiently
  • Perform scanning, pickup, and delivery of equipment
  • Be familiar and flexible across multiple classes of vehicles
Requirements
  • A current C Class License
  • Knowledgeable and compliant to Chain of Responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
  • The ability to confidently use computers and mobile devices
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and a genuine interest in helping others
