We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pass Caller to join our team at Rockpool Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating orders between the kitchen and service staff, ensuring timely preparation and plating of dishes, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations during busy dining hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate orders between the kitchen and service staff
• Monitor and ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes
• Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during busy dining hours
• Uphold quality control standards for all dishes leaving the kitchen

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in A La Carte Fine Dining Service
• Availability for a minimum 38 hours per week over a 7 day rotating roster
• Ability to manage and control the Pass
• Show high attention to detail and organized
• You have a solid understanding on how a fine dining restaurant operates.
• Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
• A can-do attitude and a commitment to maintaining an organized pass and seamless service period
• Valid NSW RSA
