Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks. They will be responsible for hiring and training staff, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and fostering positive relationships with guests and employees.
This position requires a strong organizational skillset, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout restaurants.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions, utilizing skills in MS Word and Excel.
