Job Opportunity

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the activities of welding and fabrication teams to achieve maximum plant availability, efficiency, and equipment utilization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of maintenance coded welders, boilermakers, pipefitters, and sub-contractors
  • Ensure all maintenance targets are achieved and the plant is maintained in a safe condition
  • Define team workload by allocating daily work priorities and resources
  • Measure team performance, assess training requirements, and provide leadership
  • Ensure suitability and availability of equipment spares through close liaison with area maintenance planners and schedulers
About You

We are seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor with a proven track record of supervising various metal trades.

Candidates should possess trade qualifications in welding or metal fabrication and have demonstrated success as an effective leader in a customer-focused work environment.

Previous experience in managing costs and a current Western Australian C-Class manual drivers' license are also essential requirements.
