About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Programs Coordinator to join our team in developing and implementing innovative CareClinic programs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our National Manager to create professional standards, protocols, and in-store procedures to ensure our TWC CareClinic programs remain best-in-market.

You will have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop and implement CareClinic programs, both in our physical pharmacy environment and through digital channels.
  2. Champion new and groundbreaking initiatives aligned with our customer calendar and overarching brand strategy.
  3. Collaborate with our Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure flawless execution of health programs in our stores.
  4. Provide professional and clinical support to our broader team, contributing to the development of impactful strategies.
