Job Title: Expert Coffee Professional

We are seeking a skilled and passionate coffee expert to join our team.

A key responsibility will be to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of specialty coffee, with a willingness to continually learn and improve. This includes conducting basic sensory training to ensure the highest standards of taste.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular sensory training to ensure high standards of taste and quality.
  • Apply experience in the specialty coffee industry to drive excellence and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to provide exceptional service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for coffee and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  • Experience working with coffee recipes and dialing in to perfection, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with scales, refractometers, and extraction measurements to optimize brewing and roasting techniques.
  • Ability to work with multiple coffee origins and styles simultaneously, adapting to changing market trends and customer preferences.
  • Excellent tamping skills and familiarity with alternative brewing methods like AeroPress, V60, and batch brew.
