About the Role



  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers with premium Vans products
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock and assist with maintaining in-store operations
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude to sell to customers

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist customers with finding the perfect pair of Vans shoes
  • Process sales and handle customer transactions
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Assist with maintaining store displays and visual merchandising
  • Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements



  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January 2025
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
