Our team is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our casual workforce as we approach the holiday season. As a Christmas Casual, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied and engaged.
  • Contribute to the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Assist with merchandising products on the sales floor, creating an engaging and immersive shopping environment for our customers.

Requirements:

  • You possess a genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with a diverse group of people.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused mindset, prioritizing the needs of our customers above all else.
