About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Albert Park Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our apartments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest apartments and common areas.
  • Assisting in preparing apartments for incoming guests by completing tasks such as laundry and restocking supplies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
  • Ensuring that all areas of the property meet our high standards of service and presentation.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Completing daily reporting related to housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or custodial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • A professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • The physical capability to handle manual lifting and moving of heavy items.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $28.20 - $55.00 per hour.
  • 4-15 hours of work per week.
  • No weekends required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year (housekeeping).
  • Language: English (preferred).
  • Work Authorization: Australia (required).
