**Care Giver Role**

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to fill a challenging role as Care Giver. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support with daily living activities, transportation, community engagement, and other tasks designed to enhance the quality of life for our participants.

The role requires delivering excellent customer experience through empathetic communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting participants with daily routines

- Providing emotional support and companionship

- Facilitating social interactions and recreational activities

- Accompanying participants on outings and errands

Our ideal candidate possesses a Certificate III or IV in Disability and is willing to obtain necessary certifications such as manual handling and medication management. They also have strong interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability
  • Current manual handling and medication management (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smart phone and internet access
  • Working With Vulnerable People check
