We are seeking a skilled Deployment Analyst to join our team at Mars Petcare Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating business change and driving the application of technology across our Petcare Segment within the ANZ region.

• Determine business process and information requirements to deliver effective business process and system changes.
• Analyse systems configuration to determine best practices and process renovation.
• Work cross-functionally to determine system functional requirements, completing design in line with overall project aims.
• Aiding in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements.
• Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered.
• Analysis of business and systems impact of solutions and planning to achieve delivery.
• Managing critical path and high-risk activities, identifying potential threats and conflicts, and implementing mitigating actions.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information System preferable.
• Ability to demonstrate business analyst or deployment experience in various functional areas.
• Process understanding of FMCG industry.
• Exposure to ERP systems and processes.
• Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodology.
• Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible and changing environment and manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Ability to engage with the team and utilise resources to achieve outcomes.
