Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain nbn products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Diagnose and repair faults in nbn cabling networks and Customer Premises Equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in communication cabling, electrical work, air conditioning/refrigeration, carpentry, or good with power tools
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage yourself effectively
  • A current and clean driver's license
