Labour Management Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior role within our global organisation, responsible for the strategic management of labour resources.

The Labour Management Leader will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our events are delivered with precision and excellence. This involves overseeing the planning, hiring, training, and scheduling of field team members to meet the evolving demands of our business environment.

A key component of this role is collaborating with various departments, including DETs, Project Managers, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless labour planning and efficient resource allocation.

Another critical aspect is interpreting regional labour reports, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for staffing level changes, training, and other initiatives to enhance labour performance.

Additionally, the Labour Management Leader will be responsible for rostering casual and full-time crew to meet show delivery needs, managing payroll systems, and planning rosters to minimize costs while maintaining an accurate skills mix.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, time management abilities, and decision-making expertise. The successful candidate will also possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of Labor Management experience.
