We are seeking a dedicated Support Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients to participate in age-appropriate activities and tasks, including employment, in-home support, and community access.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Supporting clients to access activities and outings in the community.">
  • Providing direct care assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan and as directed by the manager.">
  • Working in accordance with the medication administration policy, work health and safety procedures, and client rights policies, including privacy and confidentiality.">
  • Monitoring the safety and well-being of clients and reporting any concerns to the manager.">
  • Providing 1:1 or small group training and support in response to individual client needs.">
  • Ensuring completion of appropriate documentation, including recording relevant information on support provided in client notes and communication books as required.">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and first aid certification would be an advantage.
