About the Role:

BaptistCare's Women's Services team is seeking a skilled Case Worker to provide high-quality support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma-informed care framework.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong, and lives are transformed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest possible standard of support and clinical case work to clients
  • Work within a trauma-informed care framework
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and services
  • Participate in clinical supervision and line management

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields
  • Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children, and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence
  • Experience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitation
  • Extensive experience working in a trauma-informed, client-centred way
  • Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current drivers licence required
