Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all payroll functions in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating daily timesheet processing across the company.
  2. Processing weekly wages for employees in a timely and accurate manner, including termination payments.
  3. Setting up new employees following notification from HR.
  4. Maintaining the Coins Payroll Module and making amendments as required.
  5. Assisting with reviewing payroll practices, standards, and systems.
  6. Liaising with managers/supervisors and employees regarding general queries.

We are looking for someone with previous payroll experience, knowledge of Payroll Statutory requirements, and sound understanding of Coins Payroll software or similar systems. The ideal candidate should also possess good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
