Axiom is seeking a seasoned Derivatives Lawyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your legal expertise and business acumen to drive success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with legal and business teams to review, draft, and negotiate ISDA agreements with a focus on commodities and metals.
* Develop and negotiate OTC commodity derivatives documentation, including ISDAs, CSAs, control agreements, confidentiality agreements, collateral agreements, risk participation agreements, give-up agreements, confirmations, and ancillary documentation.
* Provide expert legal counsel to internal business leaders and external counsel to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as federal and international rules and regulations.
* Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives, processes, or protocols in response to changing market conditions.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience practicing law, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience negotiating ISDA agreements, preferably within a large investment bank.
* A deep understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting derivatives and commodities capital markets, with the ability to provide sound legal advice to ensure compliance.
* Excellent knowledge of all OTC derivatives documentation, with experience in commodities or metals being highly beneficial.
* Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize matters in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
