The Opportunity

As HR Business Partner for our Lance Creek processing plant, you will partner with business leaders and managers to understand challenges and opportunities and to deliver solutions within a high-performance culture.

This position directly supports the delivery of the KGF overall business and HR strategy by driving operational HR activities, change initiatives, and employee engagement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in HRBP or a similar role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A track record in influencing and driving change
  • Strong knowledge of IR legislation and experience in its application
  • Excellent judgement, drive, and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Proven collaborative, customer-focused approach that develops practical solutions
  • Able to display empathy and good conflict resolution skills
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
