Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements and maintains point of sale application functionalities to ensure all end-to-end business flows work as expected.
  • Assists with checkout processes and hardware combinations.
  • Develops and executes test plans to identify defects in the application.
  • Analyzes requirements to identify testable requirements.
  • Prioritizes requirements based on time required.
  • Creates automation test scripts using Selenium and TOSCA automation tools.
  • Conducts pilot automation test runs to validate test scripts.
  • Tests defects and updates status.
  • Participates in defect triages to gather evidence for defect identification.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Automation testing tools like TOSCA and selenium.
  • Good experience working on Jira.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good experience in End-to-end testing, Functional testing, Manual and Automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge in Automation tools like TOSCA, Selenium and web service testing - REST & SOAP APIs.
  • Good to have knowledge of Point of sale systems, retail basic knowledge, SAP system knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and interface with different project stakeholders.
