Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Myndshift Group. The successful candidate will be employed on a permanent basis working a 7/7 roster and reporting to the Project Manager.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a trade qualification, complemented by further tertiary studies and extensive experience in managing mobile mining equipment maintenance. They will also have technical knowledge of heavy mining surface mobile plant and proven safety leadership skills.
Responsibilities- Foster a culture of high safety engagement across the site.
- Optimize resource allocation (people, equipment, and materials) to efficiently meet maintenance work targets and schedules.
- Set clear performance expectations for Maintenance personnel.
- Technical Knowledge, a strong understanding of heavy mining surface mobile plant.
- Proven safety leadership, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive safety culture and leading by example.
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of effectively developing, mentoring, and leading teams.
