Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator – Mining to join our team at Dugald River Mine in Northern Queensland. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will play a crucial role in directing and coordinating underground mining activities to ensure optimal mine development.
About the Role:
- Direct and coordinate the operational team through planning, organisation, and implementation of all underground mining activities.
- Oversee daily operations and align them with production plans.
- Facilitate team communication to prevent bottlenecks.
- Lead improvement projects and monitor mine schedules.
- Uphold safety procedures and support safety leadership.
- Mentor supervisors to build a high-performance team.
- Provide guidance on operational issues and maintain contractor relationships.
