Pacific Smiles is seeking a talented leader to manage one of our industry leading dental centres in Bondi Junction. As a Centre Leader, you will be responsible for supporting our wonderful team of dentists and dental assistants and running all aspects of the practice.



Key Responsibilities

  • Full time permanent role – Monday to Friday
  • Manage one of our industry leading dental centres
  • Responsible for staff management, reporting, process improvements and sales
  • A welcoming, friendly team and a great regional manager on hand for support
  • Ensure success for all patients, team members and dentists

We are looking for a dedicated and true management professional who wants to utilise their capabilities to add value to our business and build a career with us.



  • Dental or medical knowledge/experience is highly regarded, but experience outside the industry will be considered
  • Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment
  • Sound business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPI's and rostering
