  • Maintenance and operation of heavy machinery
  • Minimal manual labor involved
  • Accurate data entry and system updates
  • Troubleshooting minor production issues and reporting to direct managers
  • Following instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisors across all stations
  • Maintaining knowledge of occupational health and safety guidelines within the site
  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently

To be considered for this role, applicants must have demonstrated experience in operating heavy machinery, hold a valid forklift license, and be able to work flexible shifts including afternoons and nights.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

About the Role:

The Industrial Manufacturing Organisation requires skilled Machine Operators to work on afternoon or night shifts in Condell Park. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for machine operations and mechanical maintenance, minimal general lifting, accurately inputting and updating key information in systems, troubleshooting minor production issues, following instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisor, keeping knowledge of OHS & WHS within the site, and operating forklifts.
