Lead Laboratory Professional

This position involves overseeing laboratory professionals and driving team performance through effective intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals in Muswellbrook.
  • Monitor team performance and intervene when necessary.
  • Coordinate daily activities and workload across branches.
  • Develop and mentor team members in best practice coal preparation and testing processes.
  • Promote client KPIs and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • A working knowledge of sampling, preparation, analysis, validation, and reporting is essential.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with administrative tasks are also required.
  • Proven time management skills and at least 5 years' experience in Coal Laboratories are must-haves.
