Requirements

  • A strong focus on the image of the child
  • Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs, using your expertise in the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months of commencement
  • A current Working with Children's Check, and relevant state certification
  • Current Child Protection Training, or a willingness to complete this before commencing
  • Additional Child Protection Training, meeting section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and Queensland Government requirements
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates, or a willingness to obtain
